Kate Desbottes
Kate Desbottes is the sole principal of K J Desbottes & Co. She qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and set up her own practice in 1997, having previously been a partner since 1985.
She advises on all aspects of divorce, children and finances. Kate has a particular expertise in high net worth cases and pensions, and is a strong advocate of both pre nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
